The Event
A two-day Bitcoin conference held in Queenstown, New Zealand. The 2027 event runs 2–3 April 2027 at Coronet Peak, with side events through the surrounding week. Built around the seven pillars of a sovereign life - held together by the foundation of sound money (bitcoin).
Anyone interested in sovereignty in any of the seven pillar domains. Bitcoiners. Health and wellness practitioners. Farmers. Educators. Family and community builders. You don't need to know much about Bitcoin to attend — the foundation is something we'll talk about, not assume.
Yes — and no. Bitcoin is the foundation of everything we'll discuss, and Bitcoin payments will be live across the wider Queenstown merchant network during the week. But you won't hear price predictions or trading talks. The Summit is about what Bitcoin makes possible.
Around 1000 attendees. Big enough that the speakers are world-class. Small enough that you'll meet most of the room.
English.
Tickets
Three tiers — Signal (300 capacity), Sovereign (700 capacity, our most popular), and Freedom (100 capacity, VIP). Volunteer and Sponsor passes are issued separately. See Tickets for full details.
Our early bird program for the first 150 to commit. Preferential pricing and guaranteed lowest rates. Details coming soon.
Yes. Every tier accepts Bitcoin. A 5% discount across all ticket tiers applied when paying in Bitcoin. We process Bitcoin payments through our partners at Stacked and Satlantis.
Yes.
Most attendees travel from somewhere — the US, Europe, Australia, Asia. USD is the most legible reference price for an international audience. New Zealand residents get a flat local rate that protects them from currency moves.
Tickets are transferable up to 30 days before the event. Non-refundable. If you can't come, we'll help you find someone who can take your spot.
For groups of ten or more, please contact us. Community pricing is available for organisations bringing teams.
Travel & Stay
Queenstown Airport (ZQN). International attendees typically connect through Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne.
Book your accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
QT Hotel is our partner hotel. The Welcome Party, Women's Breakfast, and the morning coach pickup all happen there or outside it. We've blocked rooms at a fixed rate. Browns Boutique is a more intimate option and one of our BTC accepting local merchants.
Most visitors qualify for the New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) — apply online before flying. Australian passport holders don't need one.
Coach transfers are available as an add-on to all to all tickets. Multiple coaches each morning depart from outside QT Hotel in staggered windows from 06:45 to 07:30. Last coach back leaves Coronet at the end of the day. Self Drive - Why not book a rental car and make a day of it? Freedom and flexibility on your terms- the best way to explore the Queenstown basin. There is ample parking at the Coronet Peak venue.
Early Autumn - highs around 15°C, lows around 5°C. First snow possible on the peaks. Bring layers.
