Megan Walsh

Megan Walsh is the founder of Shared Events, a community-focused events organisation she built from a single farmers market on the foreshore of Dawesville, Western Australia, into one of the Perth region's most visited regular markets and a hub for events and government-level collaborations. Her focus is 100% community, family, and food: she's now bringing vendors and collaborators together into a peer-to-peer movement she calls an orange zone — a resilient, healthy community model, and a working system she believes anyone with the passion and drive to build community can put to use.
