Michael O'Keefe is a husband and father of three, born and raised in Queenstown, New Zealand.
Like most, he followed the path society laid out. Trucks. Tools. Trading time for a wage. It wasn't until his late twenties that something shifted, a quiet but persistent recognition that the system wasn't built for people like him, and that there had to be another way.
In his early thirties he discovered Bitcoin. And everything clicked.
Now Michael lives his philosophy daily, stacking sats, pulling gold from Central Otago riverbeds, and building toward a life of complete financial and geographical freedom for his wife and three children. World schooling. Self custody. Sovereignty on his own terms.
This is not a theory. It is not a highlight reel.
It is a life chosen.
As Michael says, freedom is a decision. Most people just never make it.
