Confirmed

Pete Evans is a celebrated chef, author and health and wellness advocate who has spent more than three decades changing the way people think about food. He started cooking professionally at seventeen, opened his first restaurant at nineteen and became one of Australia's most published chefs, with around thirty cookbooks to his name. A familiar face on screen, he co-hosted My Kitchen Rules for eleven seasons, hosted the PBS series Moveable Feast and produced The Magic Pill, the documentary exploring the impact of food on long term health.

His work rests on a simple belief, that food is medicine and that real health begins with how we choose to eat and live. That conviction made him one of the most recognised and outspoken voices in natural health and wellness. He has stayed true to his message on health and personal freedom even when it cost him, and his community has only continued to grow. Today he and his wife Nicola run sold out wellness and fasting retreats at Evolve Sanctuary in northern New South Wales, alongside their Evolve Podcast.

His latest books bring these threads together. The Primal Code: Bitcoin, Ancestral Diets & HODLing Your Health connects sound money with sound health, while The MAHA Cookbook: Taking Charge of Your Health with Vibrant, Whole Foods returns to the kitchen with food for vibrant living. Both speak to the heart of the Sovereignty Summit, taking ownership of your health, your choices and your life.
